Saturday Sketch Challenge 232

Good Evening Friends!

I'm going to try a different format with my post tonight. I hope you are having a wonderful holiday season!! This quick and simple card goes together in minutes!

Stamp Sets:

Four the holidays
Any snowflake stamp (this one is from winter post)

Ink:
Shimmer Paint

Card Stock:
Not Quite Navy
Whisper white

Measurements
Base: 8 1/2” x 5 1/2” scored and folded in half at 4 1/4”
Layer 2 and inside: 5 1/8” x 3 7/8”
Layer 3 5 x 3 3/4”

Instructions:

  1. Pour a small amount of shimmer paint on a plastic bag.
  2. Use a sponge dauber to pick up the paint ***note** you don’t need much
  3. Sponge the SURFACE ONLY of the stamp to apply paint to your stamp (do the sentiment first to make it easy on yourself).
  4. Repeat doing step 3 again with the snowflake and stamp 5 snowflakes on the right hand side.
  5. While you wait for the paint to dry, you can stick the inside layer in your card.
  6. Once your paint has dried, attach layers 3 and 2 together.
  7. Use about an inch of snail adhesive on either side of your ribbon and attach to the back of the blue cardstock.
  8. Attach this whole piece to your base and you are done!
