Stampin' Up Dandelion Wishes ~ Selene's Special of the Week and more about Stampin' Up Ink Pads

I can't believe tomorrow is already the 4th of July!  Here in the states it's a big holiday.  Most things will be closed and we will probably try and find some fireworks!

Here is a gorgeous card I shared on my live fb feed last week, and it had a special.  It's still Super easy to recreate, and this card has two hero's the ink pads, and the stamparatus!

Today's Card Details:

Measurements:

  • Base Layer: Balmy Blue: 11 x 4 1/4", scored and folded at 5 1/2"
  • Layer 2: Night of Navy 5 1/8" x 3 7/8"
  • Layer 3 Shimmer White 5" x 3 3/4"


Directions:

  1. Line up your stamparatus and stamp the star background from the Stampin Up Bokeh Dots background stamp set  (see the video if you need a visual).
  2. Stamp the Dandelion Images on top with Night of Navy Ink.
  3. Adhere the layers together with snail adhesive.
  4. Repeat!  This would make an awesome BULK stamping project.

Oh I love your cards. I was thinking previously the Dandelion Wishes set was going to be a sleeper set but I think it has taken off as I have seen several cards made with this set. I have another dandelion set from another company but there is something about the SU one I like a tad better. I think the sentiment you used is what does it. Whatever. The pink card was really pretty too. The yellow didn't show up on my monitor that well - I know the flowers have definition to the petals. Anyway, loved your video or I guess it was the live version. Loved that color coach book you made. Darn, I gotta get a color printer so I can take advantage of all these great tools and learn more. Black and white just does not cut it! Have a good 4th and happy birthday.

P.S. all my medical tests came out normal, I guess we will have to wait to see if the pain persists. That was quite an ordeal!

Selene I just placed an order to help you out I am so excited to get the three cards my favorite is the Dandelion Wishes(which I already had and haven't used yet - but now I will). All three cards are awesome...Haven't seen your blog in awhile so I will have go through your blog and get more inspiration! Thanks for sharing and hope you made your quota and I was able to help you out!
