Shimmer Paint

Layer 2 and inside: 5 1/8” x 3 7/8”
Layer 3 5 x 3 3/4”
Instructions:
- Pour a small amount of shimmer paint on a plastic bag.
- Use a sponge dauber to pick up the paint ***note** you don’t need much
- Sponge the SURFACE ONLY of the stamp to apply paint to your stamp (do the sentiment first to make it easy on yourself).
- Repeat doing step 3 again with the snowflake and stamp 5 snowflakes on the right hand side.
- While you wait for the paint to dry, you can stick the inside layer in your card.
- Once your paint has dried, attach layers 3 and 2 together.
- Use about an inch of snail adhesive on either side of your ribbon and attach to the back of the blue cardstock.
- Attach this whole piece to your base and you are done!
