My favorite part of this card was coming up with some faux feathers. I didn't have time to let the glue to dry before photographing, but it will be clear later on, so I might swap the photo later. I used tombo multipurpose adhesive and the chunky white/clear glitter from SU!
I removed a brad from it's casing for the eye, and attached it with a glue dot. A bit of ribbon for this little guy to build his nest and the card was complete. A simple card that didn't take long, but I had fun using my new rubbah!
Selene~
This is darling! We both had sparkle on the brain for today!
ReplyDeleteSelene, I love your card. The bird is adorable.
ReplyDeleteI wanted to make sure you knew, though, that you have Kristina's site linked instead of yours. Hopefully you can get it fixed before the deadline so that everyone can see your great card.
Selene, your card is super cute! I wish I could have been at leadership with you! Glad you had a wonderful time!
ReplyDeleteSelene, I am so glad I got to meet you at Leadership. I'll be emailing you soon to ask you to send me the photos I missed at the final session. Cute card here! I'm glad you chose to stamp instead of taking a nap!
